If the program includes any online forums/groups, participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and to maintain the confidentiality of any and all discussions in those places. Anyone found to have shared any information outside the group will be removed from the course. A refund will not be issued in this situation. Participants who treat any other participant in a disrespectful manner will be asked once to correct that behaviour, and if it is repeated, they will be removed from the group or program without refund.
